About Krystal
I've started over more times than I can count.
That's not a disclaimer. It's the whole reason I do this work.
For 12 years, I ran a house cleaning business.
I was good at it. My clients loved me, the business worked, and from the outside it probably looked like I had things figured out.
But I was quietly falling apart. My health was suffering. I was in relationships that weren't right for me. I'd drifted from family. I was grieving a loss that sat heavy, and raising my kid largely on my own. The stability was real — and so was the feeling that something was deeply off.
I didn't have a plan. I just started asking questions.
What would an aligned, passionate life actually look like for me? I didn't know the answer. I just knew I had to go find out.
That question sent me down a long road — into wellness, into understanding my nervous system, into a spiritual journey I didn't expect. Not spiritual in a detached, floaty way. More like: I started to see that life itself is spiritual, and that my mind, body, and the way I move through the world aren't separate things to manage one at a time. They're one connected whole.
When I started treating them that way, things began to shift.
Now I help other people do the same thing.
Whether you're starting over from something that ended — a relationship, a job, a loss — or from something new that life handed you, I know what that in-between feels like. The disorientation. The grief mixed with possibility. The not-knowing.
I'm not here to hand you a five-step plan or tell you who to be on the other side. I'm here to help you reconnect with your own sense of direction, pick up tools that actually work in your daily life, and make real changes — not just have insights about the changes you should make.
That's the work. And it's worth doing.
